It is difficult to pick between Klaus-Peter’s two exceptional TBAs. To be honest, the nose is almost exactly the same as the Kirchspiel TBA, but with slightly more definition. The palate is beautifully balanced, slightly less unctuous than the aforementioned, cut-throat acidity that effortlessly slices through clear honey, quince jus, Kaffir lime and Clementine. Long, long, long finish. Stunning. Drink now-2100. Tasted June 2010."
